Are these official past examination letters?

No. They are original CEFR B2 learning materials. They build the same correspondence skills, but they are not recalled, leaked or reproduced telc or Goethe examination papers.

Should I memorise the model answers?

No. Study the register, structure and linking phrases, then write a new response in your own words. Check the current official model test for the provider-specific task type and word guidance.
