The standard exam-prep plans include reading, listening, mock exams and the full range of practice questions. AI Practice Packs are focused only on speaking and writing — the two skills most people feel under-prepared for. Buy a pack if you already feel comfortable with reading and listening but want to drill the speaking and writing parts before exam day.
One-time payments only. There is no auto-renewal, no monthly charge and no hidden fees. You buy a pack, you get the sessions, you use them within the validity window. When sessions are used up you can choose whether to buy another pack.
Starter packs are valid for 60 days from purchase. Exam Packs and Intensive packs are valid for 90 days from purchase. There is no daily cap — you can use everything in a single week if you want to.
If you disconnect within the first minute and do not actually speak, the session is refunded automatically. After that, the session counts as used because the AI cost is already incurred. We recommend testing your microphone before you start.
No. A full B1 or B2 speaking exam (Teil 1, 2, and 3) consumes only ONE session from your pack. The Teil are linked together — you start a single session for the entire exam.

For speaking: per-criterion feedback aligned with the telc rubric (pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary range, task fulfilment, fluency) plus a transcript and an overall score. For writing: structure, register, grammar, vocabulary, length and on-topic checks against the official assessment criteria.
Pack purchases unlock AI usage that creates a real per-session cost. For that reason packs are excluded from voluntary satisfaction refunds once you have used at least one session.
