Context: Gestern hatten Sie ein großes Computer-Problem im Büro. Ihr Computer wollte nicht mehr starten und Sie konnten nicht arbeiten. Sie hatten Angst, dass alle Ihre Dokumente weg sind. Ihre Kollegin Anna aus der IT-Abteilung hat Ihnen sofort geholfen und 30 Minuten mit Ihnen gearbeitet. Sie hat das Problem gefunden und alles repariert. Am Ende hat alles wieder perfekt funktioniert und alle Dokumente waren noch da. Anna war sehr freundlich und geduldig mit Ihnen.
